About Us

OUR HISTORY

BCNS was founded in 1992; however, the founders of this illustrious company combined have over 40 years of experience in Jamaica’s Printing Industry. BCNS was started with 3 employees and 2 printing machines. Today we have several machines and over 26 employees.

We are a modern printing company offering both Digital Printing and offset printing.
We invest in technology makes meeting customer’s need easy. Moreover, we are grounded in our business philosophy of putting customer’s needs first. Our past successes were built on developing great relationships with our customers.

Today, we are just as committed to building long lasting relationship with both new and loyal customers. Our new Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management systems will make this possible. We Continuously work with our customer in finding ways to improve on meeting their needs more efficiently.

Our management team and most especially our staff are integral part of our past successes. We value the commitment and dedication our staff have given us over the years in serving customer’s need as required.

In return for their unrelenting work ethics and personal sacrifice in going beyond the call of duty to serve customers, we enable their professional advancement by providing them with opportunities of further themselves educationally or to partake in career building exercises.

At BCNS we understand that key to success and industry longevity lies in having dependable human resource. We have continuously been blessed by our staff; moreover, we are honoured of the best industry personnel on our team.

OUR COMMUNITY
Just as we devoted to our customers so too are we dedicated to the development of our immediate community. Our philanthropic track record sets us apart form most companies because we give back our community, our people.

For example, we are engaged in the government’s School Leavers’ Work Experience Programme. This programme is about giving Secondary Schools Graduates to be 3 weeks hands on training. Chosen participants are educated, trained and coached skills required to work in jamaica’s printing Industry.

Also, we encourage and sponsor our employees to embark on additional educational learning experiences be it to Art Schools, IT programmes, or even acquiring more CXC certificates. School Leavers’ Participants also have the opportunity of developing their knowledge and skills once they have decided to work and be a member of our team. We invest in the development of our peoples as such all part employees are exposed to above average industry professional development. We are proud to say that we are honoured to trained many of the printing Industry’s top pressroom Personnel.
